What is the difference between Grade A, B, and C pallets?
Grade A pallets are in premium condition with no broken boards. Grade B pallets are fully functional with minor repairs and cosmetic imperfections. Grade C pallets show visible wear and are best for one-time shipping or light-duty use.
What is the standard pallet size?
The most common standard pallet size in the US is the GMA 48x40 inch pallet. Other popular sizes include 42x42 (drum pallets), 48x48 (square pallets), and 40x48 (grocery pallets). We carry all standard sizes and can source custom dimensions.
How many pallets can I order?
There is no maximum order size - we supply everything from small loads of 20-50 pallets to full truckloads of 400-700+ pallets. Volume discounts are available for larger orders.
Do you deliver pallets?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across all 50 states. Free delivery is available for orders of 50+ pallets in most areas. Same-day and next-day options are available in many markets.
Can I mix different grades in one order?
Absolutely. Many customers order a mix of grades to match different needs. For example, Grade A for retail-facing areas and Grade B for warehouse storage. We can load mixed grades on the same delivery.
Do you offer heat treated pallets for export?
Yes, we carry ISPM-15 certified heat treated pallets required for international shipping. These pallets are treated to 56°C core temperature and carry the official HT stamp for customs clearance.

Do you buy back pallets when I'm done with them?
Yes! We offer pallet buyback and free pickup programs. When you no longer need your pallets, we will pick them up for free or pay you for pallets in reusable condition.
